-The UFIT CARES Foundation is looking for volunteers to help out with a variety of fundraisers coming up in November (e-mail info@ufit.ca if interested)! We aim to provide food and a toy for over 300 Island Children this X-Mas! Also, mark Nov. 20th on your calendar….MUSIC FOR LIFE is back!!!!
