UFIT Hii Classes (High. Intensity. Intervals)
With our newest format, we attack the important calorie burning muscles in the body to give you an amazing training session. We will take your muscles to another level of development by focusing on interval training and repetitions, maximizing the potential of specific muscle groups and effectively increasing the body’s ability to burn calories. Mixing this action with high intensity cardio (aerobic) interval blasts, this workout becomes the ultimate. This class is designed to provide intense training to all your muscles in a safe controlled way busting through training barriers you didn’t know were possible. With UFIT HII, we work as 1 group, using energy, unity and music to motivate you into reshaping your body.
